Job Title – Streetworks Coordinator

Job Location – (Chester/Remote)

Job Role:

  • To manage resource requirements within the team using the project tracker for job/resource availability and provide status updates
  • Accessing multiple systems; prepare, submit and close down permits and notices required for streetworks programme
  • Assist with streetworks / symology reporting
  • Ensure TMA are fully prosecuted
  • Liaise with local authorities
  • To generate orders and manage the PO process
  • To ensure the internal and external client tracker is reconciled with Greentree
  • Ensure internal trackers and database with client system, ensuring alignment and correct data input
  • Collate and generate job packs / Handover packs (HOP’s)
  • Responsible for reviewing materials / picklists and escalating any issues to the relevant specialist for resolution (Rigging/I&C/Transmission)
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure all project documentation is up to date, version controlled and available in the correct folder
  • To work with the logistics manager to ensure timely delivery of materials to site (against project tracker) and book external deliveries as required.

Experience

  • Project Coordination experience within Telecoms
  • Previous experience using symology systems; eToN for example
  • Background working in a streetworks department with good understanding of permitting scheme
  • Project Delivery experience within Telecoms
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in working as part of a busy team
