Job Role:

The role of the ASP OHS Quality Manager is to manage suppliers supplying services across Network Services (NS) and Managed Services (MS) with an operational spend of ~£80M (NS £35M/Fibre £10M/ MS £35M)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the link between ASPs and projects ensuring performance, quality & OHS targets are met as well as supporting post contract & escalation management & pre-sales tasks
  • Daily activities required by this manager include:
  • To act as a Single Point of Contact for the Regional Head of Authorised Service Providers (ASP) management.
  • Providing reports on ASP performance
  • Distributing regional information to the correct internal functions or ASPs
  • To manage a Vendor Operation team supporting all ASP working for the client in Network Services (NS) & Managed Services (MS) projects with regard to performance, financials, scopes of works & finance
  • To manage transition projects where decisions are made to move from an existing supplier to new
  • To manage a team providing on site quality auditing ensuring:
  • Quality levels are maintained
  • Training is identified where required
  • Reporting is provided to local and regional stakeholders
  • To manage an OHS team of SMEs and Auditors ensuring
  • That activities agreed with the regional Head of OHS are in place
  • Resource is in place where required
  • Reporting is provided to local and regional stakeholders
  • To support sourcing on supply and demand requirements and NS projects in pre-sales activities in negotiations with sub contractors
