Job Title – Acceptance Manager

Job Location – Reading / Newbury based with occasional requirement to be in London.

Job Role:

  • Leading a virtual team to manage sites through the acceptance phase of the delivery model.
  • Driving and supporting VR Production and Timelines
  • Driving and Supporting Concession Production and Timelines
  • Customer Stakeholder Management ( Regionally )
  • Reports. Daily View of the projects – Waterfall.
  • Collate inputs from CSS
  • Customer Meetings ( Regionally ) DRM Support
  • Continual Process Improvements ( TOP 3 Focus Areas Weekly )
  • Overall High Level Driver and Priority Focus.
  • Queue Management and Drive.
  • Profile of outstanding PSP ( Age / Days etc )
  • Backlog Analysis
  • End to end accountability for all sites from the projects


  • Min 5 Years Recent Telecoms experience
  • Previous Acceptance management experience
  • Experience of Waterfall methodology
  • Experience using CSS
  • Stakeholder management experience
