Responsibilities

  • ?Provide analysis of business requirements and recommendations related to the design of new access management workflow processes and configuring existing application workflows.
  • Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of IdM issues. Provide technical support in all aspects of access management system design and development.
  • Monitor health of IdM system, logs, and remediate or escalate.
  • Execute and supply queries of Identity data to customers upon request.
  • Consider the impact of any changes on current systems and develop risk analysis
  • Assists in implementing, enforcing, communicating and developing security policies or plans for data, software applications and information systems security education/awareness program.

Experience

  • Quest Identity Manager experience (Good exposure on Quest One or Dell one).
  • Experience in user provisioning, IDM role-based access control and reconciliation services with existing applications, systems, and network devices.
  • Hands on experience in Quest One Identity Management Suite (Manger, Data Importer/Exporter, Object Browser, JobQueue, Connector)
  • Microsoft Active Directory Expertise
  • Basic SQL Knowledge
