Job Description

As a Digital Engagement Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading a functional digital communications team across Europe and Latin America. You will be responsible for driving customer engagements and brand positioning activities on all our digital channels. Through strategic thinking, strong data driven customer insight, and operational excellence, you’ll maximise scale and efficiency of our customer engagement and brand awareness in the digital space. You’ll work closely with customer marketing, strategic marketing and external communications teams to enhance our interaction with customers and our target audiences.

  • Owning and leading all digital channels strategies and execution in the market area
  • Defining our channel, audience and content strategies and manage a continuous, meticulously planned and documented execution plan
  • Writing up proposals, testing roadmaps and campaign reviews
  • Special focus on targeting customers in the digital channels, segmentation and targeting and evaluation
  • Delivering consistent engagement growth and digital activation performance improvements
  • Forecasting and analysing channel performance and opportunities
  • Working closely with other marketing and communication teams within the market area, especially customer marketing, strategic marketing and external communications teams, to ensure key launches and programs are supported.
  • Bring offline customer engagement to online and broaden our activities towards our customers in digital channels
  • Functionally leading digital communications teams in the market area


  • Extensive experience working with the tools and techniques of digital communications
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day engagement while defining and leading the future direction
  • Highly analytic and passionate about data and able to find insight in it
  • A strong collaborator able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienced in multi-territory digital campaign management
  • High effective communicator able to present complex and data rich proposals simply, both in written and verbal form.
